Η Επιτροπή Εξέδωσε την πρώτη Γνώμη που αφορά στη βελτίωση των φυσικών χαρακτηριστικών και ικανοτήτων του ανθρώπου, όπου εντάσσονται, ειδικότερα, οι περιπτώσεις: των πλαστικών επεμβάσεων και της βελτίωσης σωματικών ικανοτήτων.
